Tell Congress: Pass the KITTEN Act to end tax-funded cat abuse: A White Coat Waste Project investigation has exposed (http://blog.whitecoatwaste.org/2018/05/07/breaking-expose-usda-uses-kittens-as-test-tubes/) that a U.S. Department of Agriculture laboratory in Maryland breeds up to 100 kittens a year, feeds the 2-month-old kittens parasite-infected raw meat, collects their feces for 3 weeks, and then kills and incinerates the kittens even though they're healthy and adoptable.
